Privacy policy and protection of your data

When you write to us through a form or call, you provide us with your name, e-mail, and phone number. You often also describe your company's situation, such as ZUS arrears or loan problems. This is data that you provide us voluntarily. We do not collect it secretly. We also record standard technical information, such as your IP address or browser type. This happens automatically when you enter the kapitalilogika.pl website. All this information is needed so that we can call you back in the promised 47 minutes. Without this data, we would have no way of preparing the plan for Tuesday. Your data goes into our database, which we manage according to the law. We make sure that no unauthorized person has access to it. This is a matter of honor for us, because in our industry, trust is the foundation since September 2017.

We use your data only to get your company out of trouble. The main goal is contact and analysis of your financial situation. Marek Woźniak and our analysts check the submitted information to assess the chances of a settlement with the bank. We do not send spam or unnecessary advertisements. If you leave a number, it's so you can hear a specific solution, not marketing talk. We also use data to improve the operation of our website. We want to know which articles about bailiffs or restructuring you read most often. This allows us to prepare better materials that actually help entrepreneurs from Gdańsk. We base data processing on your consent and the necessity of providing the service you request. We calculate with cold logic and act only where it is necessary to save your business.

We do not trade your data. This is a simple rule we have followed since our first day of operation. Your name or debt status will not end up in any external marketing databases. Access to information is only held by Capital and Logic employees who are directly handling your case. Sometimes we use external tools, for example, for server or email handling. However, these are proven companies that must also comply with GDPR (RODO). If your case requires taking legal action or negotiations with a specific creditor, we will only transfer the data to those institutions we mutually decide on. Everything takes place with your knowledge. Your company secrets are safe with us. We treat them as if they were our own finances. Zero leaks, zero fluff. We calculate every byte of data with cold logic.

You have full control over what you leave with us. At any time, you can ask what specific data about you we store in our office at 45 Długa Street. You can also request their correction, if, for example, you have changed your phone number or office address. If you decide you no longer want our help, you have the right to request the removal of all information. Simply write a short e-mail to biuro@kapitalilogika.pl. We will react as quickly as to a request for help – usually within one business day. Remember, however, that we must keep some documents longer due to Polish tax regulations. This mainly applies to issued invoices for the rescue audit. Outside of these exceptions, your request to be forgotten is our priority. Debt is not a life sentence, and your privacy is your business.
