Capital and Logic Terms of Service

1. What is this document about?

These terms are the simple rules of cooperating with us. If you use the kapitalilogika.pl website or order an audit from us, you agree to these rules. We don't use complicated words because we respect your time. Since September 2017, we have pulled 217 firms out of a hole and know that in business, facts matter, not fluff. The service owner is the company Capital and Logic with its registered office in Gdańsk at 45 Długa Street. If you don't agree with these rules, simply don't use our services. We calculate with cold logic and expect the same from our clients.

2. What exactly do we do for you?

Our offer is not theoretical advice from books. We help fix finances where others see only bankruptcy. We do rescue audits in 72 hours, negotiate with banks and offices to stop the bailiff. We also help quickly sell off redundant assets – machines or real estate – usually in less than 14 days. Our goal is for your firm to stop generating losses and, within an average of 3.2 months, return to liquidity. Remember, however, that we provide the tools and a plan for Tuesday, but you run your business. Every situation is different, so we always start with hard numbers from your balance sheets.

3. Your obligations (what we want from you)

Debt is not a life sentence, provided you play with open cards with us. For us to help you, you must provide us with true data. If you conceal an invoice for 48,300 PLN or a bailiff visit from a week ago, our plan will simply crumble. You must be over 18 and run a registered business activity. It is forbidden to send us false documents or use the site for purposes inconsistent with the law. If we discover that you are lying about financial matters, we will terminate cooperation immediately. We respect each other – we deliver analysis within 47 minutes of notification, you deliver reliable papers to the table.

4. Money and payments

Our situation is clear. The first phone conversation costs exactly 0 PLN. If we decide we can help, we propose a Quick Rescue Audit. It costs 1,487 PLN net for companies employing up to 23 people. This is a one-time fee. There are no hidden subscriptions or strange success fees you'll find out about at the end. You pay for concrete work: analysis of the last 3 balance sheets and a ready strategy for talks with creditors. If we don't pinpoint concrete savings after the audit, we refund the money. This is an honest deal we have used since 2017. All prices on the site are given in Polish zlotys and are usually net amounts to which VAT is added.

5. Liability (We calculate with cold logic)

In business and debt, there are no guarantees at 99.2%. We show the way, but we don't take responsibility for decisions you've made over the years. We are not liable if the bank rejects our settlement proposal because of your bad history from the past that you didn't tell us about. Our analysis is based on mathematics. If your input data is wrong, the result will also be wrong. We are not liable for interruptions in the operation of the site or errors in the liquidity calculator – these are only auxiliary tools. The real work happens during the audit and negotiations. The maximum amount of our liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the given service.

6. Our texts and logo

Everything you see on this site – texts about restructuring, our Capital and Logic logo, and even descriptions of our successes – belongs to us. Don't copy it. If you want to share our article about how to talk to a bailiff, do it via a link to the page. We do not allow copying our methods of work or draft letters to creditors for commercial purposes. This is our capital worked out over years in the Pomeranian market. Any attempt to steal content will end in a fast legal reaction. Zero fluff – we watch ours just as we will watch your assets before auction.

7. End of cooperation

You can stop using our advice at any time. We can also thank you for cooperation if you break these terms or don't pay for the agreed stages of the audit on time. If you ordered an audit and we have already performed it, there is no possibility of a refund (unless our guarantee of not finding savings applies). All documents you provided to us will then be archived in accordance with our privacy policy or deleted at your explicit request, provided the law doesn't require us to keep them longer.

8. Changes to terms

The world of finance and law changes fast. Sometimes we must update these terms to fit new regulations on restructuring or debt collection. If we introduce important changes, we will write about it on the main page. Using services after a change means you accept the new rules. The last time we changed this text was in January 2025. Always check the date at the bottom of the page to be sure what you're signing up for. We don't make changes secretly because we play fair.

9. Law and disputes

We operate in Poland, in Gdańsk. We try to resolve all disputes humanly first, via phone or over coffee in our office at Długa Street. If that doesn't work, the case will be resolved by the court appropriate for our seat in Gdańsk. We apply Polish law and the Polish language in contracts. If any point of these terms proves invalid before a court, the rest still applies. We count on disputes between us never going to court because we prefer to focus on saving your money from other creditors.
